IAK was created from a simple belief: when you feel secure, you move differently.

Founded by Isha Kharbanda, IAK was born at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and thoughtful design. After years of building a deeply intuitive relationship with her own body through Pilates & yoga, Isha recognized a gap in the market: products that prioritized branding over true performance, safety, and intention. 

IAK stands for I Am Kind.
