IAK was created from a simple belief: when you feel secure, you move differently. IAK creates non-slip grip socks for Pilates, yoga, and barre, designed to help you move with real stability and confidence.

Founded by Isha Kharbanda, IAK was born at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and thoughtful design. After years of building a deeply intuitive relationship with her own body through Pilates & yoga, Isha recognized a gap in the market: products that prioritized branding over true performance, safety, and intention.  That recognition led to IAK's debut collection of grip socks, built for the reformer, the mat, and everywhere in between.

IAK stands for Isha Anil Kharbanda.

Her name, woven into everything the brand builds.
