I'm Isha.
IAK stands for Isha Anil Kharbanda. My name, and my dad's initials tucked inside it.

Here's how it started. 
I'd be in a Pilates or yoga class and my feet kept slipping on the mat, on the reformer, on the floor. It sounds small. But it kept pulling my focus away from the one place I actually needed it. My own body.

I went looking for non slip grip socks built for Pilates, yoga, and barre that took that seriously. Most of what I found cared more about how it looked than how it worked. So I made the one I wanted to wear myself.

Our first collection, Grounded is a grip sock built for the reformer, the mat, and everywhere in between. Grip where you actually need it. Made to move with you, not against you.

IAK was never about pushing your body past its limits. It's about listening to it. Trusting it. Moving with it.
