Refund policy

We want you to love your IAK purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please read our policy below carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date, provided your return request has been approved in advance. Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
For hygiene reasons, grip socks that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with removed or missing tags or packaging

How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved before you ship anything back. To request a return:
- Email hello@weariak.com with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as IAK is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are covered by IAK only in cases where the return is the result of our error — for example, if you received a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@weariak.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability. To request an exchange, include your preferred size in your return request email. We do not offer colour exchanges at this time — only size.
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns: items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notification, please contact us at hello@weariak.com.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
