Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every pair of IAK grip socks. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Here is everything you need to know about starting a return or exchange.
The Quick Version
- 14-day return window from your delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- All returns must be approved before you ship anything back
- Customer covers return shipping cost
- No restocking fee
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return
- Size exchanges available, subject to stock
Am I Eligible?
Your return is eligible if all of the following apply:
- You are requesting your return within 14 days of your delivery date
- Your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- You have your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items missing tags or original packaging
- Gift cards
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
Follow these four steps:
- Email hello@weariak.com with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return
- Wait for our approval email — we respond within 2 business days. Do not ship anything before you hear from us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Include your order number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. IAK is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. We do not offer colour exchanges at this time.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return above and note your preferred size in your email. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your exchange. If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email hello@weariak.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace your item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3–5 business days of it arriving), we will email you to let you know whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, contact us at hello@weariak.com and we will look into it.
