Shipping policy

IAK currently ships within Canada only. We are a small, intentional brand and every order is handled with care. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. International shipping, including to the United States, is not available at this time. We will announce when new shipping destinations become available.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. During high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@weariak.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. IAK is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@weariak.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, IAK is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@weariak.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before opening it fully, and contact us at hello@weariak.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
