Welcome to IAK. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to IAK, a Canadian sole proprietorship operated by Isha Kharbanda. IAK operates this website and online store at weariak.com, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (the "Services").

IAK reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To use certain features of the Services — including placing an order — you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping details, and payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal right to provide it.

3. Products

We strive to represent our products as clearly and accurately as possible. However, due to differences in display settings across devices, product colours and textures may appear slightly different in person. We do not guarantee that product appearance on screen will exactly match the physical product.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product listings at our sole discretion.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. IAK reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. IAK does not store your full payment card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

 

5. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

IAK reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy if you wish to return an item after delivery.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

IAK currently ships within Canada only. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. IAK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy at weariak.com.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at weariak.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of those policies.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photography, product images, branding, and the IAK name and "I Am Kind" mark — is the property of IAK and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

 

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
